The Question Management system is used for the management of creating new questions and reviewing existing questions.
Question assignments are created when new questions need to be created, or questions need to be reviewed. Question assignments are assigned to users.
The status field is used to track the progress of a question assignment. The status can be:
In Queue: The question assignment has been created, assigned but not started.
In Progress: The question has been worked on and saved as a draft. A question will also have this status if a question has been reviewed, and requires further work.
Clarification: The question can be sent for Clarification if needing more information.
Proofread: It includes the following:
Spelling check (ensure you have a browser extension like Grammarly installed, it will highlight spelling mistakes)
Grammar check (the reviewer may not be a native English speaker, so look for any grammatical errors)
Readability - check that the question reads clearly
Screenshots - check that the screenshots are readable, clear and have annotations where appropriate. The reviewer should zoom in with the browser to make sure there is not extra space top / bottom / left / right that is not related to what we are trying to explain / show.
Quality Check: The question has been completed and submitted for review
Format Check: The question review has been completed and is ready for format check
Ready for database update: The question format check has been completed and it is ready to be updated in the database
Ready for online review: Question has been updated in The database and it is ready to be checked In the actual exam Online
Online Review: If everything is checked in the actual exam online and OK then we can set the question to Checked Online.
