How to Upload a Video on Focus Videos

Part 1: Uploading to Vimeo

1. Download the final video from Google Drive

2. Log in to vimeo and upload the file

3. Fill in the fields

Title:
Privacy - Anyone if blog/interview/article | Private if Course Content
Uncheck - Enable Review Page
Save

4. Navigate to My Videos and find what you just uploaded

5. Configure settings

Select a video thumbnails from the frames. Preferably you want one where they are looking at the camera or have their eyes open, a clear profile shot with the text of their name and role at the bottom of the frame
Delete the default thumbnail to make sure Vimeo only shows the thumbnail you have chosen
Copy the video ID at the top of the video

Part 2: Uploading on the Site

Go to the CMS - Wordpress or the Edit mode on Focus on Force Blog
Find the page Focus Videos
Create a content box, place a title box at the top and type in the Title:
Make a video content box under the title, place the source ID you copied from video in the source field
Under the settings, set the video max size to 90%
Make a final check for spelling errors, play the video if it's working
Save and publish
