Check if seller has already responded to ACR email, if not- suggest seller to share ASAP for further investigation.

Inform Seller to share images for further investigation

i) Preship packaging sample image (if available)

ii) Catalog/Actual image of inner content (if available)

iii) Post ship images and unboxing video (video best effort for claim acceptance) clearly indicating dipsute raised (REQUIRED) - AWB should be visible in proofs

iv)Negative remarks on DRS sheet indiacting dispute by Seller

v) Negative remarks provided in OTP based process provided - How advisor can validate ?

vi) PKG to be accepted basis negative remarks - in case not accepted guide Seller and arrange reattempt and above process to be used for raising dispute - (here status will be RTO NDR or RTI)

Notes(for internal use only):-

A. In case Pt1 and 2 not provided claim rejection higher to be informed to Seller

B. Generic tape used in PKGNG will lead to higher rejection

Suggest seller to  share proofs within ASAP on WhatsApp /ACR Email.
