Inform Seller to share images for further investigation

i) Preship packaging sample image (if available)

ii) Catalog/Actual image of inner content (if available)

iii) Post ship images and unboxing video (video best effort for claim acceptance) clearly indicating dipsute raised (REQUIRED) - AWB should be visible in proofs

iv)Negative remarks on DRS sheet indiacting dispute by Seller

v) Negative remarks not provided in OTP based process.

vi) PKG to be accepted basis negative remarks - in case not accepted guide Seller and arrange reattempt and above process to be used for raising dispute - (here status will be RTO NDR or RTI)

Notes:-

A. In case Pt1 and 2 not provided claim rejection higher to be informed to Seller

B. Generic tape used in PKGNG will lead to higher rejection

Send ACR email and suggest seller to  share proofs within 48hrs

- Inform Seller to be ready with the proofs and arrange callback from dispute desk
