1. Validate Shared proofs

i) Preship packaging sample image (if available)

ii) Catalog/Actual image of inner content (if available)

iii) Post ship images and unboxing video (video best effort for claim acceptance) clearly indicating dipsute raised (REQUIRED) - AWB should be visible in proofs

iv) Negative remarks on DRS sheet indicating dispute by Seller

v) Negative remarks provided in OTP based process provided.

vi) PKG to be accepted basis negative remarks - in case not accepted guide Seller and arrange reattempt and above process to be used for raising dispute - (here status will be RTO NDR or RTI)

vii) Inform TAT of 24-48hrs for an update

* Arrange callback from dispute desk if live transfer is not availabe
