- Validate if below images are uploaded correctly,

i) Box images with AWB no. visiblity

ii) Preship packaging sample image (if vailable)

iii)Catalog image of inner content (if available)

iv) Post ship images and unboxing video clearly indicating dipsute raised (REQUIRED)

Take Buyer on conference call and ask buyer ..

a) why buyer accepted the damaged/torned shipment.

b) If buyer confirms packet was not damaged /torned, inform the seller investigation can not be done since shipment was not damaged.

c) If buyer confirms packet was damaged /torned- Raise dispute, share TAT of 24-48hrs for an update.
