Wrong/Partial/Damage/Empty Shipment Received to Buyer- FWD Delivery ( Images Not Available - L2/Dispute Advisor)
Validate if below images are uploaded correctly,
i) Box images with AWB no. visiblity
ii) Preship packaging sample image (if vailable)
iii)Catalog image of inner content (if available)
iv) Post ship images and unboxing video clearly indicating dipsute raised (REQUIRED)
All above or any 2
i) Check if seller has already responsed to ACR email, if not- suggest seller to share the same on WhatsApp for further investigation.
ii) If Seller has already responded to ACR ticket- check shared proofs.
Educate seller about higher chances of rejection In case pre-ship images and catalog of inner connect is not provided and generic tape is used for packing.
Take Buyer on conference call and ask buyer ..
a) why buyer accepted the damaged/torned shipment.
b) If buyer confirms packet was not damaged /torned, inform the seller investigation can not be done since shipment was not damaged.
c) If buyer confirms packet was damaged /torned, ask seller to share images on email within 48hrs for further investigation along with inner content images
