Wrong/Partial/Damage/Empty Shipment Received to Buyer- FWD Delivery ( Images Not Available - L1 Advisor)
Check If dispute already raised on panel/ticket
i)Check remarks from LOPS and inform seller.
ii) If seller disagrees to LOPS remarks - Transfer call to dispute desk/arrange call back.
If dispute not raised on panel/ticket ask seller to be ready with below mentioned proof and share on ACR email
i) Box images with AWB no. visiblity
ii) Preship packaging sample image (if vailable)
iii)Catalog image of inner content (if available)
iv) Post ship images and unboxing video clearly indicating dispute raised (REQUIRED)
* Inform seller to respond to the ACR email ASAP ( should be reverted within 48hrs)
* Inform calback will be received within 4-5 working hours.
* ii) Arrange callback from dispute desk if live transfer is not available, inform seller call back will be received and buyer will be taken on call for further confirmation.
iii) Confirm Buyer's number and take alternate number as well
