Shipment status delivered but not received to seller - DRS Based ( Delivery received slip)- Non-OTP Based ( L2/Dispute Advisor)
i) Confirm reciever details (Name & contact number) at RTO address location- Self/team member, suggest seller to check with the other person available at facality/warehouse etc.
If response to above questions is NO -
i) Check if seller has already responsed to ACR email, if not- suggest seller to share ASAP for further investigation.
ii) If Seller has already responded to ACR ticket, validate the stamp and signature mentioned on POD ( if POD available on ICRM, if not raise to LOPS and suggest seller to wait for 48hrs for an update.
iii) If POD matches- deny investigation and if doesn't matches- raise investigation request with resolution TAT of 48hrs.
