Information to Seller:-
I am extremely sorry for the experience you had Sir/Ma'am, but I will not be able to help you at this moment as such issues must be reported to us within 72hrs and you have approached us after 72 hrs.
Also, incase you face such issue in future then you can escalate your issue from your panel and can connect with us as well and once dispute is raised we will update you with the investigation status within 7-10 working days.

Login to seller panel> Go to orders > select Delivered>Select AWB>Select Raise Dispute option under Actions Tab>Select Delivered Not Received> Enter Alternate Contact number of the Recipient>Click on Submit.
