List all the (Internal) Owners of the contracts. Usually these are the GNM commercial contact, account manager, Administrator and Contracts Manager.
This list determines who receives the automated renewal alert emails sent from SLM in advance of a contract approaching its renewal date. Once a recipient no longer needs to receive these emails, tick the Reminder(s) acknowledged box against the name.
In addition this will determine what contracts a user see in their Renewals and approvals screen.
To add a new owner to this, click on a free row and pick a contact from the list. The list is taken from the RCS Users list and if there are any missing names from here then please contact the Rights department.
If renewal email alerts needs to be stopped for this contract then untick the Renewal alerts? flag
