At least one contact must be defined in order for the contract to be emailed to the customer. Other contacts may be defined who may or may not receive a CC of the contract email.
Click on Contact name field to bring up a list of contacts from the customer record. Each contact’s role must be set from the list of values available. These are maintained in Syndication contact types.
When a contact is highlighted a summary of their contact details are listed and any Notes for this contact can be added. Click on Send to? and the Contract term sheet will be emailed to them.
Additional contacts can be set up and CC? can be ticked so that they are copied in when the term sheet is sent out.
In addition to client contacts internal (GNM) contacts can be defined as recipients of the emailed contract. This enables relevant GNM staff to see the actual PDF contract that was issued.
Click on Contact name to bring up a list of Internal contacts. This list is taken from the Users list and if a contact is missing then please contact the Rights department.
