This screen lists all the changes of details messages received by SLM from Oracle AR
The left hand side of this screen shows the queue of messages received from Oracle AR in reverse chronological order.
The right hand side show the current (new) data values held in Oracle AR that are to be replicated in SLM.
SLM processes this queue continuously to ensure ant changes are applied as quickly as possible. Once successfully processed the Processed? checkbox gets checked.
Although customer names are held in uppercase in Oracle, the SLM customer name will not be overwritten with uppercase if the name is otherwise unchanged. All other changes get queued for the RCS administrator to check, and at this stage upper/lowercase changes can still be made.
