This screen is used to define the reasons that are used when rejecting a syndication request in the review requests screen.
The name field is the description that is displayed in the rejection/cancellation reasons list.
To create a new cancellation reason click on an empty row or insert a new record . Enter the name for the reason and set the Display order to reflect where on the list it should be displayed.
The checkboxes on the right hand side determine whether an automated letter will be sent to the customer and/or contributor advising that the request has been cancelled.
