On each main RCS screen there is an option to raise a query which will then be put on a queue for RCS admin team to review.
When on a RCS screen and there is a question or there is an issue with the record on screen then click on the New query button. EG if a contributor's name needs to be changed.
A new window will appear where the query can be documented.
Select the type of query (the category of which will depend on which screen this is raised from).
In the description - enter the details of the query (please try to be as concise as possible) and Exit to send the query
When the query has been resolved then an email along with the resolution details will be emailed, or at any point after the query bis raised go to the Queries to be resolved screen
