Web content
Link web content to RCS contributors
We do this based on contributor tags and by-lines in the feed
Create in RCS: creates a RCs contributor record based on the tag or byline details
View Content: Open the link to the content in a separate browser
Refresh LOV: After a new contributor record has been created clicking on this will refresh the List of contributors to include the newly created record
R2 Profile: This will show the web profile for the contributor
Link Content with R2 Tag
1. With the content highlighted click on the field RCS contributor name to bring up a list of Contributors on the system to link to the content. On saving you may be prompted to add the byline to the contributor record (if the contributor record doesn’t already have tag or byline in its list of names). You will also get a prompt asking you to repeat the association. Clicking on yes will link other and future content with the same R2 Tag and ID to the Same RCS Contributor
2. If the contributor doesn’t already exist on the system then you can click on Create in RCS… to add a new record into RCS based on the tag or Byline details. The Edit details button will then highlighted and you can update the contributor’s details.

Keywords (or tags) are important to provide accurate search results. They are vital if you have attached rather than pasted content to this page.
