RCS access

MAC USERS

For any Mac users there is an RCS app which is our preferred method to access the application. This will have been installed on your machine by default. If it is not already in your dock please find it under your applications folder.

If you encounter any errors or need any help then please contact the service desk who can talk you through the process.

PC USERS

Please copy the two files in the drive below and put it on your desktop. 

Then you can open the RCS.bat file and that should open the RCS app (dont close the command window as that would close RCS as well)

You may get a security warning initially but you just need to click more info and 'run anyway'
