This screen provides users with a list of customer's requests that have been recorded on SLM where a licence has not yet been issued and the request has not been cancelled either.
By default the screen will be filtered on potential sales that were created by the user that is logged in, or are allocated to the current user ('Mine'). If the user wishes to see all pending sales they will need to click on All. Similarly the results can be filtered by pending sales that originated from the website ('Mainstream') or any other user that is not the user currently logged on ('Not Mine').
Quotes and Licences for these pending sales can be issued from this screen in the usual: for more details see Review requests.
The Needed and Customer fields for the requests are colour coded according to how the requests have been processed thus far.
Grey - these are New. These are new requests that have come in but where there has not been any email contact and quote has not been issued.
Purple - these have been Emailed, usually for more information about the proposed usage or the customer's own publication.
Blue - these have been Quoted.

To restrict the list by the above colours click on the Search palette button to see the window below.
This window also allows the entry of a data range to further restrict the pending sales listed.
