Review auto-matching

This screen can be accessed from the Menu: Content-->Review auto-matching. Click on Mode to switch between this and the Content matching screen.

At the top of the screen is the format of the content along with tab

On the left side of the screen is all the content that have been matched to Framework contracts. Highlighting each item will show on the Right side of the screen, the contributor and the contract it was matched to.

With each piece of content matched to the contract the following options are available:

Approve fee

If there is a fee due for this content then select this option. Doing so will bring up the Quick commission window where the details of the payment can be confirmed.

CRN match

If there is already a commission for this content then it can be linked to the CRN.

A list of the most recent commissions will display in a pop up window- select the relevant CRN to link the content to it.

No fee

Please check the contributor and the contract. Select this if there isnt a fee due for this content and it is matched correctly.

Reject

Please check the contributor and the contract. If this content is matched incorrectly then click reject and it will be unmatched. The content will then appear in the main Content matching screen for processing.
