This screen is used to maintain the user groups in RCS. On the left hand side of the screen are the list of user groups in RCS and this is defined by RCS admin user. On th right hand side of the screen is the list of current RCS users assosicated with that group.
To created a new group add a new row under Groups and give it an appropriate name.
With that group hghlighted add all the RCS users that should be in that group under Members.
Only a exsiting user can be added in here. If a user is not avaiable then please check Users and add the record in if necessary.
If a user in a group no longer have a live login then the record will be marked in red.
