A message is sent to Oracle AR advising of a new Customer when they are due to be invoiced. These customer messages can be tracked in this screen.
The right hand side of the screen shows additional data for the customer highlighted on the left hand side. All of this data is sent to Oracle AR.
Once a customer record has been sent to Oracle AR these items of data can no longer be updated in RCS/SLM. Instead can only be changed in Oracle AR and any changes to this data in Oracle AR is synchronised with RCS/SLM by way of another set of messages.
Each message is allocated a unique ID and the messages are displayed from the latest first to the oldest.
