This is the process of how the details of new Syndication subscription contracts are entered. Once complete, contract requests are queued for the appropriate user(s) to approve.
Creating and Issuing a New Contract
1. A new contract can be created from the Find a customer/enter new request screen. With the Client highlighted click on Redistribution contracts to create a new contract (or review existing contract)
2. By default a blank contracts screen is created with the Duration + terms tab highlighted. The mandatory fields (field names marked red) should have the default text inserted. The Start date for the contract along with the contract Description should be filled in.
For more information on filling in this tab see Duration + terms. In addition, in order to save the contract details there needs to be a recipient in the Alerts section.
At this point the contract can be saved. The other vital parts of the contract will also need to be addressed and filled in- for more details on each of the Tabs see Syndication contracts.
