A copy-in address is the email address to which a contributor should send their copy (text content). The copy-in address appears in the confirmation letter that is sent to the contributor.
This screen enables default copy-in email addresses to be recorded against Chart of accounts (CoA) Cost centre and Product codes.
Cost centre
The cost centres are presented in their hierarchical structure, with colour coding to represent the level in the hierarchy.
Only the cost centres that are not highlighted i.e. the lowest level, can have a copy-in address.
As shown below the copy-in address can be added alongside the cost centre name.

In this tab the products are also presented in their hierarchical structure, with colour coding to represent the level in the hierarchy.
Again only the products that are not highlighted i.e. the lowest level, can have a copy-in address.
As shown below the copy-in address can be added alongside the cost centre name, and a digital stat date is also entered here indicating when the digital version of the product was launched.

Finally this tab shows how the 8 Chart of Accounts segments should be presented on screens, in terms of field prompts, short prompts, and hint text.
There should be no need ever to change this data unless instructed to do so by the Finance department.
