This screen lists customer data changes that have been made in Oracle AR that have also been applied to the SLM customer data.
For any given entry in this screen click on the Change hist... button to see and review the changes made. If there are any issues with the changes made then please contact the Oracle AR department, or alternatively the RCS administrator.
Once happy with the changes click on the Approve change... button.
Customer names can be amended in this screen but only so far as changing each character to be upper/lower case. This is allowed due to Oracle AR (at one time) only holding names in uppercase, whereas SLM permits mixed case names, and as a result mixed case customer names in SLM get overwritten with the uppercase of the same name.
All of the other fields in this screen behave exactly as per then Customers screen.
