SLAM Checkout Is Closed for Checkouts

All equipment must be turned in by Friday. We will be permanently banning those who have not turned in equipment and billing them in the school bank. You will not be able to attend prom or receive your diploma until your bills are paid.

SLAM Reality Show Auditions

Star in SLAM's first reality show! Auditions are Thursday after school 3:30 in Mr. Sheridan's classroom.
You will get credit for a project or extra credit for doing extra in Mr. Farley's class if you are in the cast or crew.

March Madness Photo Tournament!

It's that time a year again!

The March Madness Photo Tournament is beginning today!
Start taking photos and submit your best to the server's March Madness Folder.

All submissions must be named properly. The naming convention is


Your photo should be full resolution, no web or Instagram sized photos.

One Photo per category per person only.

All entrances due March 22nd!
Brackets and Elimination Tournament begins March 25th.

There are six categories:

  • The Final Eight in each category will be printed and entered into the County Fair.
  • The top Portraits of SLAM students will be printed and mounted on the SLAM hallway wall.
  • Grand Prize will be awarded at the SLAMMYS.

Girls Who Code Summer Internship Application - Paid

As a reminder, our Summer Immersion Programs 7 week PAID program for current 10th and 11th-grade girls (rising juniors and seniors) to learn how to use computer science to make a positive impact in your community while preparing for a career in tech. The Summer Immersion Program will be hosted at various leading tech companies such as AT&T, Amazon, and Twitter. In addition to providing a free program, Girls Who Code provides summer stipends to cover transportation and living costs for Summer Immersion Program students who qualify!


Information session on Feb. 7th at lunch time in the College & Career Center. Snacks will be provided. Application support will be available!
