Voice and Choice Project

The voice and choice project is a four week multimedia project of your choice.

If it includes some combination of video, graphics, music, voice, photography, or text, it is a multimedia project. This is where you get to do what you want. Just make it into a media project.

Here are the rules:

1. You must choose to do something that you want to do.

2. The final project must be linked to your website and viewable online.

3. You must work hard on your project and push yourself. It's ok if things don't work out how you planned but you must work hard and challenge yourself.

4. You can work alone or with others.

5. Your content must be school appropriate and not use copyrighted assets such as music, photos, or songs. Everything must be done by you or your team mates.

6. You must keep Mr. Farley informed of your progress, needs, and problems. Create a google doc and share it with those you are working with and tonyfarley@slamfamily.com. Make sure I have editing rights to the document!

Here are some example possibilities:

Create a video of any kind.

Create a podcast about a topic of your choice.

Create a video podcast about a topic of your choice.

Create music and publish it along with graphics, a music video, or photos.

Create a broadcast in the broadcasting studio: This week in slhs sports, interview students, tea time at slhs, SLHS Fashion, etc. Or come up with your own idea for a show.

Draw or digitally paint pictures and create a slideshow of your work.

Create a photo slideshow.

Create a video using special effects, experimental lighting, or experimentation of some sort.

Create the school, part of the school, or anything educational on the Minecraft server. (slam server: 10.12.5.3 version 1.12.1)

Learn how to create a game with Unity3D or Unreal Engine.

Learn how to create 3D with Cinema4D, Sketchup or any 3D program you choose.

Step 1 is planning. Come up with your idea, discuss it with possible team mates or friends, and write down what you would like to do on this google doc. Make a copy of the doc and fill in the blanks.

Create a detailed plan of what you need to do and when you need to do it on your google doc. It's ok if the plans change.

Share your doc with those you are working with and tonyfarley@slamfamily.com. Make sure I have editing rights to the document! A team should have one google doc.
