Here's what the team said on their Facebook page:

"Due to the lack of players on the U20 national team, we sent out scouts to remote parts of the world in order to find ultimate talent and they finally discovered someone in San Diego, California in the USA. A 19 year old who combines Swiss discipline with Finnish power. His first coach in the States and the U20 coaches here, asked only one thing of him: That he could catch the disc. Lucky for us can he not only catch very well, but also do a whole lot more. Already on his first training weekend Eric named set plays, improved our playbook and coached the team, so that the “real coaches” could swim in Lake Maggiore. The team is looking forward to Poland and feel that Eric’s high level ultimate experience and huge backhand hucks will help the team perform on the world stage.

Favourite move: Stellar defensive positioning to cause offensive players trouble."
