1. Click the Upload button
2. Drag a movie to the big button or click the button and go find the video.
Be sure all videos are public or they won't work on your website.
3. When this window pops up, title your work, summarize it, and add some keywords. Be sure your video is Public. Choose a thumbnail image.
Press the publish button when you are ready.
Title your work with a creative and interesting title.
Summarize or describe the work in a short sentence or two. Also, list all the people involved with the job they did.
Thes are like your hashtags/ Enter your keywords with a comma between each one and they will turn into boxes.
Pick the thumbnail (random frame) or upload a custom thumbnail for best results.
Make sure it's Public so everyone can see it and so you can post it to other places.
Click Add to playlist and create playlists for the different kinds of work you do. Create playlists for each category of video you create. You could have Comedy, Dramatic, School Projects, Short Projects, 3D models, animations, etc.
Click share to G+ and it will go straight there. You can also set it up so it goes straight to Twitter.
For best results, keep the YouTube Publish window open for the next step so you can cut and paste what you just put into the boxes into the form.
Copy the Share Link and fill out this form.
Only one person per group needs to fill out this form and post to Youtube. But it is up to you to be present when this happens to make sure you get the credit you deserve as well as get your name spelled correctly. The blame never goes to the person who did the work for you!
