1. The body
The main character T-800’s body made with lots of iron joints and bones to move exactly same as human. They even cover their endoskeleton with artificial skin which were really similar with human. So we can call it robot with it have body to move and follow the command of master.

2. Brain
They use Neuronet Processor as their brain. This chip is really brilliant so Terminator can fastly find the answer to get through the problem and they contain lots of information about human like their organ, behavior patterns, psychology, etc. Because of this, we can’t call it as robot. Terminator find their own solution with their information in CPU and what they learned, not by their controller. We can call this AI(artificial intelligence).
3. Sensors
It only can view world as one color and it can refuse EMP attack. Which help them to find Sara Corner. This sensor help Terminators to find the mark so we can call it robot’s sensor
4. Actuator
T-800 get it’s nuclear batter which maintain for 120 years. When the actuator broken, it found it’s own one.
5.Program
All Terminators ruled by Skynet. They programmed to kill humans resistants. Skynet put some self-destruct equipment in Terminator’s brain to prevent the situation that Terminators insubordination. So we can call them as robot until that self-destruct equipment destroy and terminator start refuse Skynet’s command.
6. Behaviors
The behaviors of Terminators are to kill Sera Corner. The basic purpose of terminator is their controller Skynet’s command. They use their limited AI to success that basic purpose.
In conclusion, we can’t call Terminator as robot. The basic purpose of them is commanded by Skynet,(which is their master) but it have it’s own intelligence to solve their problem. Which can lead to unwanted situation occured to Skynet.

Brain: The terminator’s brain is a Neuronet Processor.
This chip allows it to do almost anything a human can do but with more precision and strength.
Body: Made of a Hyperalloy they were made to be able to take anything. On The surface of their skeleton is a living tissue and hair so that it appears as human.
Sensors: The T-800 has advanced camera heat and targeting sensors so that it can track down and eliminate its target. It also allows facial recognition. This model can only see in one color.
Actuators: The terminators main power source is is a nuclear battery that lasts for up to 120 years.
Program: Every T-800 was produced and therefore programmed by Skynet.
The history of T-800

You might know the terminator an all american classic movie. The movie is about a cybernetic organism known as the T-800 which has been sent back in time from 2029 to 1984 to kill a girl named Sarah connor. The reason The terminator A.k.a The T-800 whose son named john connor will become a savior of the human race from cybernetically enhanced machines from the post apocalyptic future. But a human soldier from the future has come to protect sarah named Reese. While being attacked by the T-800 in a bar. A crazy chase is started when the T-800 tried to kill sarah connor. The T-800 was created by an organization called skynet.
The Skynet organization was basically created to build and test new weapon and while building and testing the created a cybernetic organism known as the T-800 and throughout time they built more T-800 to defend them. But then The T-800’s started to gain their own intelligence and believe that humans had too many flaws to even exist.
In the next movie the human alliance captured and reprogrammed one of the T-800 to go back in time and protect sarah connors son named john connor because john connor is the future leader of the human alliance. And needs to stop the world from judgement day.
