Titanium Foam

Titanium foam is used for the pharmaceutical industry, water treatment industry, food industry, bioengineering, chemical industry, petrochemical, metallurgical industry, and gas purification. It is a newer material that can be used in a lot of things like matching a bone and helping bone regrowth. Right now people are using it for wolverines. This material is flexible but hard because of the titanium in it so its very supportive. The structure of this material just looks like foam but is made with titanium which again makes it tough. The performance of this material is great and can do some really good things from what i read its like a bone its supportive and flexible which means you could used it for a lot of things. The people that made and found this are still trying too figure out what all you can use it for but it has lots of potential. Titanium foam is made by saturating polyurethane foam with a solution of titanium powder and binding agents. It's pretty interesting how it is made. Overall I think we will see this material more in the world.
