Claudius Unimanus 376
vol. III p.2885
376) Claudius Unimanus
Claudius Unimanus (the anti-namesake of Claudius Centemmanus? cf. nr. 91), the governor of one of the provinces in Spain in about 607 = 147, he was utterly defeated by Viriathus (Flor. I 33, 16. Oros. V 4, 3. Auct. de vir. ill. 71, 1; cf. Wilsdorf Leipz. Stud. I 98f.).

[from suppl. I p.321]
Attributing the coins with the writing Uni to a Claudius Unimanus at the time of Sulla is very questionable (cf. Babelon Monnaies de la rép. rom. I 347f.). <40>
