3) M. Paconius

A Roman knight, <50> who owned property in Rusellae in Etruria, where P. Clodius took an island in the Lacus Prilius from him, before the year 702 = 52 (Cic. Mil. 74; on the geographical location see Nissen Ital. Landesk. I 307. II 308). The praenomen also turns up three times for Paconii on Delos (Bull. hell. XXXVI 64).
