Map of Persia

The region of Persia has been hit by some alternative history. As we always have Timurids banned because of their overpowered situation, we have decided to split the region up. The history is that Shah Rukh, the ruler of Timurids dies early in 1444 and all the timurid vassals becomes independent states that eats up the dead rulers land. One unique nation sprouted from the situation, which is Yazd that follows the religion of Zoroastrianism. The cores of Timurids are gone.

We hope this change will open up the region to more players instead of the blobby AI region. This will give more possibilities to the steppe hordes, the Persian culture groups and the North Indians.
