The Holy Roman Empire

In 1066 the Holy Roman Empire was still taking their babysteps. In 962 Pope John XII crowned Otto I, also known as Otto the Great, German and Italian Emperor, which marks the start of a new era. A empire made to succeed the Carolingians and Ancient Rome was born, known as the Holy Roman Empire. After that the Empire came to be composed by 4 different Kingdoms; * Kingdom of Germany * Kingdom of Italy * Kingdom of Bohemia * Kingdom of Burgundy Now, you either take a small role and work your way up, or you can roleplay a mightier dynasty from the start, the choice is yours.
