The empire has been wronged, in the aftermath of the Lilac Wars Lothane III sil Wex has been crowned emperor. To us he is nothing but an usurper. It is our goal to see him dethroned and put our home under rightful rule once again. The Duchy of Istralore has a long and impressive history, it was us who led the armies of Anbennar for generations. With the landfall of the Elves many of their kind incorporated themselves into our region and we have had many half Elves in our royal family. In the Lilac wars it was our Grand Duchy that led an attempt to oust the Lorentish and make our prestigious family rule. We were in the right and the succession should rightuflly have been ours! Yet Wex and their cronies too our power and shattered our noble realm, revenge is sweet but we must be cunning to find our way back to greatness.
