Lendman Garuk Battle-Born 

Background:

The origins of House Battle-Born are traced back to the beginnings of Whiterun itself. The Families wealth multiplied as they exploited the emerging city laying their roots deep into the political foundation. The Battle-Born family is now one of the most prominent families in Whiterun, rivalled only to the Grey-Mane family. House Battle-Born is strictly loyal to the Empire and in return the Empire turns a blind eye to the families ever growing strength and bold political moves against political opposition, namely the Grey-Manes. Relations between the Grey-Mane and Battle-Born Houses is irreparably damaged due to the Stormcloak rebellion where the Grey-Manes sided with the Rebels and the Battle-Borns with the Empire, since the divide the relationship between the houses have been riddled with kidnappings, thievery and bounties. The intense rivalry has spilled into the streets of Whiterun with residents polarised between the houses constant conspiracies and scandals. Had trouble finding anything about Lendman Garuk Battle-Born, I don't know if he exists in the lore or is just made up by the mod.
