Description
An EU4 scenario inside and around the HRE that will be played until the league war is concluded. All players looking to increase their RP rank should be playing as princes or electors of the HRE or Italy. Nations outside the HRE will be given to experienced RP players to ensure stable game progression and teach newer players by example. Make sure to read Setting and Nations sections.

The Scenario shall teach players high quality RP

Player Requirements
Player Requirements
7 players (Tier 5 Lord and higher) on Austria and key nations around the HRE
7 players (no role requirement) on Electors (can be changed from historical electors)
Recommended 1 player (no role requirement) in the Netherlands area and 1 or 2 players (no role requirement) on Italian HRE nations or Venice
Beyond that every prince and free city of the HRE is a valid option for anyone

The League War shall only be initiated with the Game Controller's approval. He alone will decide when it takes place
Expansion should be very limited to keep the diplomatic space interesting (See nation descriptions for exceptions)
No meta gaming (e.g. going full military focus, picking winning side)
Religious conversions should be fought for or heavily role played
Nations outside the HRE have a predetermined set of goals
No "enforce religion" peace treaties unless sanctioned by the Game Controller
