Even in modern times, predicting the weather is not an entirely accurate science. In the past, it was even less accurate, and more important for the survival of the agrarian civilizations. With this Boon, a Scion may passively sense the difference between natural, and supernatural weather, and the Scion may activate it to learn what the weather will be in the next month if not influenced by Supernatural effects.
After the Scion has taken Offerings of Chant and Chime, if the Scion shares the information gathered with this Boon with Mortals they generate a Rainfall point.

The winds are at the command of the Gods and Goddesses of the sky, capable of great feats. An early example of this power is shown by Scions walking a similar path, allowing them to summon up a great blast of air.
If the Scion summons forth the great blast of air under themselves, they may multiply their jumping distance by their Sky Rank, sending themselves soaring into the sky, though this is not true flight, and they will eventually begin to fall, which may prove dangerous.
If the Scion summons forth the great blast of air against another being, they may send them flying away from the Scion horizontally. The Scion must overcome their Dodge DV with this Boon to gain an effect (Block DV does not help), with every Threshold Success gained sending them five yards back.

The world of green and growing things are entirely at the whim of the skies, rainfall allowing kingdoms to starve, or live in plenty. A Scion with this Boon may chose to bless an area, causing any day’s worth of rainfall in the area to double the rate of growth of all plant life, capping at the Scion’s Fertility Rank.
Using this Boon in an area that has no rainfall, such as the middle of the Sahara, or on Antarctica, will not cause rainfall, just nurture the land when there is rainfall.
When a Scion has Offerings of Chant and Chime (Sky 5), this Boon generates a Rainfall point.
GUSTING WINDS ●●

The most skilled marksmen of humanity in the modern era must keep track of the wind, technology still not able to remove the difficulty of gusts. In earlier eras, this was even more present in the battlefields, arrows, spears, and the like able to be sent spinning when picked up by a gust.
A Scion with this Boon may control winds such as these, always surrounded by winds, either benevolent, or not. These winds cause a +2 dice bonus to all Marksmanship and Thrown rolls in the Scene, or a -2 dice penalty to all Marksmanship and Thrown rolls in the Scene. A Scion with this Boon may alternate between these with a Misc 5-tick action.
CHILD OF THE WEST WIND ●●●

The wind is at the back of any Scion with this Boon, blessed by the sky. Either stormy, or gentile, the wind is quick as it races over the world. A Scion with this Boon gains +2 Successes to their Dexterity, and may also reduce their weight by 50lbs per Sky Rank the Scion possesses.
HEAVEN’S EYES ●●●

The Deities of the sky look down upon the world below them, so small and far from the vault. A Scion with this Boon is slowly becoming more and more like these beings, and is able to shift the seat of their senses high above them in the sky as a miscellaneous action.
When a Scion is in this state, they can see a vast area below them, capable of guiding their fellows through their literally heightened senses. If the Scion possesses any perception altering Boons, or Perception Knacks, they may continue to use these in this state.

The winds are at the beck and call of a Scion, not quite their undisputed master, but able to request them to send a message. By activating this Boon, the Scion can send a message to another being on the same plane that they have met. The message is up to the Scion, along with the volume of it, able to whisper so that only the target can hear (unless there is Epic Perception present) or able to shout, so that all near the target hear.
Social powers, or other powers caused by verbal effects, are not transmitted through this Boon without an additional power allowing their powers to be transmitted somehow.

The weather is at the bid and call of a Demigod, through chant, ritual, or commanding gesture. With this Boon, the Scion may generate weather in the Scene they are present in, summoning forth rains, fog, or whipping winds. The exact effects of this Boon is left vague to allow players adapt this power to many situations, though they may never inflict damage with this power, not able to muster anything akin to natural disasters.
A Scion with this Boon may use this Boon to dismiss the weather from an area as well, leaving a clear sky in the area at a whim. If the weather was created through supernatural effects, the activation roll of this Boon must overcome the activation roll of the power which created the weather.
Additionally, a Scion can use this Boon to reshape the weather, creating towering figures of fog, writing in the sky with clouds, or exempting very specific areas from being soaked by rainclouds.
If this Boon is used to summon forth rain in some way, and the Scion possesses Offerings of Chant and Chime, they gain a Rainfall point.

Wings, solid clouds, burning wheels, winged sandals, are all used by the Deities, and their servants to travel the skies of the world. A Scion with this Boon gains a method of flight such as the aforementioned, or something stranger, allowing the user to fly through the skies, moving at their normal Speed, and capable of hovering.

Deities of the Sky share their realm with those wielding Storms, the more violent of the two airy siblings. The brutality of the heavens in all of its rage, however, can be calmed, storms ended, and the divine rages weakened.
A Scion may activate this Boon to bring a sudden calm to a storm, a rainbow piercing the clouds and touching the ground. If the activation role of the Boon overcomes the highest role gained on a Storm Boon so far in the Scene, the dice from A Storm Gathers (Storms 1), are reset as the buildup is interrupted.
Additionally, this rainbow called forth inspires all those who see it, save for beings who have the Storms Purview. All beings without the Storm Purview may regain their entire Willpower pool.
If a Scion who has Offerings of Chant and Chime (Sky 5), they may gain a Rainfall point when activating this Boon.

The skies above bring begged rain to humanity, feeding the hungry earth with the world exploding to life in response. But, too much of a good thing can be dangerous, rain being no exception to this, as can be attested to by the presence of Great Floods across the world.
With this Boon, a Scion can call forth a sudden, and torrential downpour, even from an entirely clear sky. This causes the Scene to begin to flood, adding a Hazard to the Scene.
Any being who fails to resist this Boon is swept away, being moved five times the user’s activation role in yards away as the flood whisks them off their feet and carries them off.
Using this Boon generates a Rainfall point of the user has the Boon Offerings of Chant and Chime (Sky 5).
CARRIED AWAY ●●●●● ●

The normal winds lift, and carry away papers in their most calm, lifting entire vehicles of metal and plastic in its most enraged. At the whim of a Demigod, the wind can be called upon to carry off another being.
If the activation role of this Boon overcomes a target’s Dodge DV, the user may move the target to any location in the current Scene, even dropping them off far up in the air, possibly causing falling damage.

Now at the cusp of true divinity, a Scion with this Boon is a master of the skies, the winds serving at their beck and call. Their newfound mastery over the winds of the world allows them to command them in new, and different ways.
Gentle Breeze: The bonus may be applied to the user’s DDV once per Story.
Gusting Winds: The dice penalty and bonus can be active at the same time, the user deciding who is affected by which.
Words on the Wind: The message can be carried across planes.

ZEPHYRUS’ REVENGE ●●●●● ●●

Zephyrus and Apollo competed for the heart of a young man who eventually chose the beautiful Sun God (Because, who wouldn’t?). While he and Apollo were throwing a discus, in a fit of jealous rage, Zephyrus caught the discus in his winds, and sent it back to strike the youth in the head, slaying him to Apollo’s great sorrow. A Demigod with this Boon may do something similar, reflexively redirecting a ranged attack if their activation role overcomes the attack roll, the new target taking the full brunt of the blow.
If a Scion reflexively redirects a blow, they skip their next action as if they had used this Boon on their action.

A true Deity, Fate brings more blessings upon the God or Goddess of Rain, further encouraging them to play in the fated role of the rain bringer, bringing life to the lands far below themselves.

The sky is your realm, your home. Every cloud, every breeze, and every lashing rain are your servants. Lesser beings who dare enter your realm are subject to your will, the Deity capable of entirely dismissing another being from their realm, sending them crashing into the ground, and crushing them against the weight of the sky.
By activating this Boon, the Scion must designate a target who can only resist with their Block DV, as you can’t escape the winds of the world. If the user is Successful in overcoming the target’s Block DV, they can smash their target against the ground, the attack dealing Lethal damage.
Additionally, after a being has suffered damage from this attack, the user may chose to activate it again to make a ranged grapple against them, forcing them against the earth with the weight of the heavens, using the same Sky + Command roll to attempt to do so.
Purview Home - Blessed Lands (Entirely dictate the weather of a specific region, causing incredibly fertile land, flooding, and other effects. Change wastelands into fruitful lands. Generate a Rainfall point every use, and then start every story with half your pool filled.)

The blessing of a God or Goddess of rain can change the lives of others. With this Boon, the user may chose to give a human settlement (or the settlement of some Lesser Immortals) their blessing, gifting them with a protection from drought, and bringing fertile rains to benefit them through their growing seasons.
An area blessed by this Boon can triple their agricultural output, this effect stacking with previous Boons in this Purview, and any other Boon, such as in Fertility, that will increase the agricultural power of a land. This blessing will last forever, or until the Deity revokes it.
Using this Boon generates a Rainfall point, and the Scion generates a new rainfall point at the beginning of each story. This benefit may only be gained from one of the user’s Blessed Lands.
Furthermore, while inside their Blessed Lands, a Scion may double their Rainfall points generated from any other Boon in this Purview.
THE SKY ITSELF ●●●●● ●●●●

The sky as a distinct individual, from Egypt, to Greece, to the Mongols, with its own thoughts, feelings, and rage is an element of Fate’s tale a Scion can take unto themselves with this Boon. By activating this, the Scion vanishes as their entire consciousness is shifted to the heavens above, capable of moving the winds and whispering in the ears of anyone below them while in this state.
Effectively immortal short of others wielding Avatars or Ultimates, a Scion in this state may only use Sky Boons, but may use them at any point below them (roughly the area from horizon to horizon centered where the Scion used this Boon).

The Gods and Goddesses of the sky reign in a kingdom of many monarchs. The stars, the moon, and the sun all walk through the sky, all great powers of the cosmos. But, a Deity who rules over the Sky is able to conceal them, summoning forth great clouds over the area to leave the Sun, the Moon, and the Stars so out of sight that their might may not be summoned forth in the world below.
When a Deity uses this Power, they may immediately ban all uses of Sun, Moon, and Stars from one mile per Rank of Sky the user possesses. Any attempt to wield the Boons from these three Purviews facing great resistance from the Sky God or Goddess who has left their glory hidden away, and unseen from the world below, needing to overcome the activation roll of this Boon to use any Boon from those Purviews with the activation role of their desired Boons.
If a Boon is prevented from being activated with this Boon, the celestial Deity attempting to wield it is left drained, losing the spent resources, but no effect leaping to life.
This Boon lasts for the Scene, banning the world from the light of the celestial world for a short time.
VAYU’S THREAT ●●●●● ●●●●●

Once, the great Yazata of the Zoroastrians argued over which of their blessings to humanity was the most important, each withholding their gifts from a mortal to attempt to show the others how fundamental their gift was, and more important than the others.
When it reached time for Vayu to show his might, the mortal became unable to live as the God stole his breath, which the others decided his blessing was the most important. Vayu too then showed the other Deities that his blessing was not key to the mortals, but them as well as he stole all of their breath, returning it a moment after as his point had been made.
A Scion with this Boon may do just that, and steal away another’s breath, leaving even the most hardy of Deities struggling on the floor, dying as the breath of life was stolen away.
When activated, this Boon effectively functions as a single target Hazard, much like a poison, eave that it is just the target suffocating but to an extreme, and magical extent.
