Family Tree
The Gods of India like to remind the other pantheons that the Deva are still widely worshiped as one of the worlds largest religions; thousands of years after the historic founding of the religion. The Deva strive to achieve enlightenment, attempting to escape the bonds of the universe, and the iron grip of Fate herself.
The Deva believe that all of reality is an illusion, and none of it truly exists which seta them at heavy odds against the rest of the world's Pantheons for their rather unique world view. They manage to maintain a presence in the Divine political scene --despite the Yazata's insistance that the Deva are the true demons -- through their continued massive involvement with the world.
