The God of eloquence, adviser to the Kings of the Tuath, and champion of Nuada. In the war against the Fir Bolg, Ogma was one of the chief generals of the tribe, and when Lugh arrived in Tara, it was Ogma who tested his supposed strength by hurling giant flagstones the entire length of the hall.

Over waves, there is another God called Ogmos who shepherds the Dead. If this is Ogma, none know save for Ogma himself. But, what is sure is that Ogma of the Tuatha de Danann is no Psychopomp. Instead, Ogma's words are so overwhelmingly beautiful and convincing, all those who hear the God speak are chained to his tongue by their ears. Sometimes figuratively, sometimes literally. He wielded the sword Orna which he took from the body of Tethra, the king of the Formori, after he defeated the king in battle. Orna recounts he deeds of the wielder to all who will listen, while still too being a powerful weapon in its own right.

In the Second Battle of Magh Tuireadh, Ogma was slain by Indech son of the De Dmnann, one of the kings of the fomori.
