God of knowledge, and ancient like Ra and Ptah, though his origin is shrouded in mystery. He has always been around, balancing the world out as he sees fit, stealing time in the form of moonlight. Thoth is the final say in all judgments of the dead, standing with Anubis as the heart of the dead. He is a God of unfathomable knowledge, and has the Book of Thoth as a potent artifact, a target for divine thieves, though the reaction from the God would likely be colossal, and if there is any God who can unify the Egyptians for a short period, it is the all knowing God.
Thoth may be one of the most powerful of the Egyptian Gods, though not in an overt way such as Ra or Set. Thoth has all the knowledge of the world at his fingertips, can rule with the words of his wife Ma'at, and can alter the weave of Fate. A potent God, though a subtle one.
