INSULATE ●Cost: NoneDice Pool: None
Type: Persistent
Rare, to say the least, are the Gods and Goddesses of the freezing winter, the howling north wind, and the first frost. Many Pantheons don’t have a single being, Greater or Lesser, to possess such a power. But, for those who dwell in the places of the world where ice and frost are present, they know the grave danger it can present. This Boon offers some respite from the cold, and ice of the world, the Scion being able to, once per Scene, gain +6 Successes to resist the cold.
BRITTLE ●
Cost: 1 Legend per use
Dice Pool: None
Type: Miscellaneous
The North Wind makes the world delicate, both people, and the natural world. Branches snap in the breeze, ice weakens the city’s wall, expanding and breaking stone. With this Boon, a Scion may harness the Winter’s ability to make the world ever so fragile, and half the Soak of any building or object.
FROSTBITE ●●
Cost: 2 Legend per use
Dice Pool: Frost + Marksmanship
Type: Miscellaneous
Humanity tends to try to avoid the areas where biting cold presents itself, and those who do live in such dangerous places must use their ingenuity to protect themselves from the harsh cold. A Hero can take up this deadly power of the cold as a weapon, blasting a target with the frigid breath of the North Wind.
A Scion using this Boon uses the activation role of the power to attack a target, the target selecting Dodge DV or Block DV to defend. If the user of this Boon is Successful in their attack, they will inflict Bashing Damage with their threshold Successes. While seemingly unimpressive, this power has a subtle aspect of grave danger, just like the winter winds it commands. If the Bashing damage is untreated somehow (such as the target seeking medical attention, warming up somehow, or the like) the damage will upgrade itself to Lethal in six hours. Three hours after the damage becomes lethal, if the target has still not sought medical attention or warmed up somehow, the Lethal damage changes to Aggravated as they begin to lose limbs to frostbite.
ICE SCULPTOR ●●

NUMB ●●●
Cost: 1 Legend
Dice Pool: Frost + Medicine

Additionally, the colder you get, the number you get, and it becomes hard to keep track of exactly how cold you are.

Additionally, if the Scion wishes to generate a large amount of ice for whatever purpose they might have for it, the Scion may use this Boon to generate up to ten cubic yards of ice per Rank of Frost they possess.

With this Boon, the Deity can call forth a massive ice storm, or a colossal blizzard, freezing power lines, bursting even the most deeply laid of pipes, and decimating populations. SOME SAY IN ICE ●●●●● ●●●●●
Cost: None
Dice Pool: Frost + Occult or Fortitude
Type: Passive
Ice Ages, though never actually having happened in the cosmologies of many Pantheons, are a tool to a Deity of Frost, just as the frozen wind is a tool of a newly budded Scion wielding the winter. With this Boon, the God or Goddess can incite an ice age upon the world, the area of which is based on the Successes this Boon gathers, calling forth glaciers to scrape the land to bedrock, snowstorms to bury skyscrapers, and hail storms dropping hunks of ice the size of Ships of the Line.
Mechanically, this frozen apocalypse is represented through killing the activation roll as a percent of the mortal population, and triple the activation roll as a percent environmental and infrastructural damage to the area (damage past 100% begins to cause mass changes to the geography of the area). Any Divine Beings in the area have the potential of living, needing to gain more Successes on an extended roll to escape the area than the user did on activating this Boon in one attempt per Dot of Legend they possess.
But, this Boon is not limited to sheerly summoning forth an almost world ending winter. If a Deity of winter wishes to be more precise in their ire, they may attempt to freeze a single target solid. Mechanically, this is an Attack dealing Aggravated damage based on the Frost + Fortitude activation roll. No armor may be applied to resist this damage, and it will strip any dealt even a single point of Aggravated Damage of all Willpower.
