Characters with Epic Stamina have a lot of endurance and staying power. A character with any amount of Epic Stamina measures the amount of time she can work at a strenuous task without resting in terms of days, rather than hours. Also, characters with Epic Stamina can comfortably go without food, water, or sleep for extended periods of time if they choose, easily lasting without food or sleep for one day per Epic Stamina auto success, and without water for half that number (rounded up).Epic Stamina also makes characters surprisingly resistant to physical harm. Characters with Epic Stamina gain additional -0 health levels equal to their Epic Stamina successes (+1, +2, +4, +7, etc).
BODY ARMOR

The Scion with this Knack has learned to harness the toughness inherent in his divine ichor, hardening her skin so that it can shrug off blows just like a suit of armor. If she chooses to spend the Legend cost, she may cause her ichor to flow over her body from within, creating a flexible second skin of armor in order to protect herself. This armor adds the Scion's dots of Epic Stamina to her Soak DV for the rest of the scene. As the armor is a manifestation of the Scion’s divine heritage, it is typically different in appearance for each Scion.

INVULNERABLE NAIL

Concentrating her divine fortitude into a specific point, the Scion with this Knack may temporarily channel her defense into a tiny portion of her body, rendering it almost completely unassailable. When the Scion activates this knack, she may double her Soak DV against a single attack, to a specific, small part of her body no larger than about a hand or foot. This power may only be used outside of combat when she has a moment to prepare her defenses against an attack she knows is coming.

Endurance lies not only in being able to take a hit but in being able to shake it off afterward, and the Scion with this Knack is a master of the latter. Whenever she is dealt lethal damage, she may convert it to bashing instead, which can reduce heinous open wounds to nothing more than heavy bruising. This knack may only be used reflexively when she takes damage.

Even the most soul-rending of wounds can be defeated by a Scion’s determined endurance, allowing anyone who possesses this Knack to avoid the devastating effects of supernatural damage. A Scion with this Knack may spend the requisite cost when she is dealt aggravated damage in order to convert that damage to lethal, turning a life-ending attack into a painful and inconvenient but nevertheless survivable affair. She may only use this Knack reflexively when she takes damage, and she may not use it at the same time that she uses the Damage Conversion Knack (she must choose one or the other).

She could build an entire car, construct walls around a city, or paint the entire Sistine Chapel.

The Scion has such control over her digestive system that she may use her stomach as a hiding place or storage container. She may swallow anything she could conceivably fit into her mouth. She may only carry objects that could normally fit in her stomach, and any attempt to detect her secret cache must contest her activation roll with (Perception + Awareness).

The Scion with this Knack has a truly remarkable digestive system, able to consume staggering quantities of food and drink at incredible speed. She must be able to chew through the thing she is trying to eat, and it must remain relatively still during the process. She can consume one cubic yard of matter per Epic Stamina success every five ticks. She can continue at this breakneck pace for the rest of the scene, and could potentially drink an entire ocean.

The body of the Scion naturally purifies and breaks down anything she puts into it, and this knack allows her to not only ignore substances but also produce antidotes and cures for the substances she experiences. She may add her dots of Epic Stamina as successes to resist any diseases, drugs, poisons, toxins, or virus. She also gains the ability to spend 2 Legend and a miscellaneous action to produce a dose of antidote that grants the same benefit to an ally.
PERILOUS BLOOD

The body of the Scion is now a factory for dangerous substances. She may transform the blood in her veins into burning acid or belch poisonous gasses at her enemies. Activating this knack creates one dose of toxic substances that may harm anyone exposed to them (something bites into your acid blood, you spit into their eyes, or coat the weapons of your allies). Each dose deals lethal damage equal to your Epic Stamina successes before they apply their Soak DV.
KEEP GOING

A body can only handle so much punishment before it eventually breaks down, but a Scion can endure far worse through sheer determination. Whenever she takes enough bashing or lethal damage to make her incapacitated, she stays completely awake and functional. She can keep on fighting until the bitter end, which can sometimes cause an unfortunate death when she might have been captured alive to escape and fight another day.

The Scion with this knack can shrug off a terrible blow even when it would normally leave her carved in two. Once per scene, she may literally decide that she is too damned tough to be taken down by whatever just hit her. She takes no damage from this attack and stumbles back with some dramatic display; she might spit out a broken tooth, explode into a cloud of feathers, or shower the area with faerie dust as appropriate to her appearance.
DEATHLESS

Some Scions are able to soldier on through the most terrible of injuries, continuing to fight even when their bones have been shattered and they are standing in a pool of their own blood. She simply refuses to give up under any circumstance. She gains additional -0 health levels equal to twice her dots of Epic Stamina for the rest of the scene, and these health levels always take damage first. Once this power fades, these health levels vanish along with any damage they may have taken.
BOUNDLESS FERTILITY

The potency of the Scion has begun to transcend to a metaphysical state. They no longer need to engage in sexual intercourse with a prospective partner to create a child. Simple physical contact is enough for them to cause pregnancy in their partner, or themselves. Such immaculate conception may allow a female to impregnate another woman without difficulty, but males cannot bear children without the use of Health boons.
SHIFTING SEED

Demonstrating complete mastery over the way the ichor of their body passes on, the Scion may choose exactly what traits their child inherits and override any contribution of a partner. They can dictate the appearance of the child down to the smallest detail, such as hair, skin, eyes, build, and even unusual alterations that might make them look monstrous or inhuman. The Scion also determines any physical stats (Strength, Dexterity, Stamina, and Appearance) of the child as long as the Scion has equal or greater mundane attributes themselves.
SELF-HEALING

When even the most rigid of defensive tactics fail, the wounds of the Scion vanish as quickly as they are inflicted upon her. She may spend as many legend as she wishes to heal bashing or lethal damage. REGENERATION

The Scion knows how to position herself to serve as a literal brick wall, allowing her allies to hide behind her against gunfire or the breath of a terrible dragon. She does not gain the same benefits.
ETERNAL YOUTH

Becoming something more than human, the Scion with this knack loses her dependence upon air to stay alive. She may choose to hold her breath indefinitely or stop breathing entirely, whichever is most convenient at the time.
