The Gods and Goddesses of ancient Egypt claim that only the Anunna are older than their Kingdoms, and even this admittance is pulled reluctantly. The Gods of ancient Egypt are dutiful, knowing their role in the universe to sustain the sun on its endless path through both the sky above and Duat below.
When the Titans were imprisoned in the First Titanomachy, the great enemy Apep, the snake of darkness, fell into chains and did not threaten Ra every night. The Gods grew complacent, and the civil war between the faction of Set and the faction of Horus have become one of the greatest threats to the Netjer. It's hard to say if another great Titan War can bring a truce, or if the Netjer's internal troubles will be their ultimate downfall.
Virtues: Conviction, Harmony, Order, Piety
Anubis - The Jackal headed God of Death weighs the hearts of all of the dead who come to the Underworld against the feather of truth. His parentage is of some question, Osiris having slept with Nephthys, mistaking her for Isis, so Anubis may be the child of either Osiris or Set. Either way, he does not let such matters get in the way of his continued task of weighing the hearts of the dead.
Hathor - The Goddess of music, and dance, beautiful Hathor combats the darkness of the world by bringing celebration and joviality to those she meets. Though she is no warrior-god, she has saved the universe in her own right, convincing Ra to stay his hand when the mighty sun god had thought about wiping the slate clean.
Isis - The mother of Horus, and wife of Osiris, Isis is a powerful magician and political figure. She stole the True Name of Ra, and almost managed to bring her husband back from the dead when he was murdered by Set. She protects families as she failed to do with her own, and watches over the remnants of her own with vengeful eyes.
Osiris - The old Pharaoh of the Netjer after Ra, Osiris was murdered by his brother Set for the crown of their Pantheon. Having lost his phallus to a hungry fish, he was unable to be restored to life despite all of Isis' magic. Osiris now resides in Duat and the dead who manage to make it through the gates live within his underworld kingdom.
Ra - The first Pharaoh, Ra is the Sun God of his Pantheon and guides the Solar Barge through the sky during the day and the underworld every night. The God relinquished leadership to the younger Gods many millennia ago due to trickery, and ignores their current bickering, seeing it as beneath his notice.
Set - The penultimate guardian of the Sun, Set is the most important warrior on the Solar Barge every night, wielding his colossal iron spear against the great snake Apep. He is the guardian of Egypt, representing the vast deserts that protected Egypt's borders from all directions but the northern sea. His name was slandered after the complications with Osiris and Horus, but Set still maintains his duty to the Netjer regardless.
Thoth - The wise and knowledgeable God serves as both some measure of Trickster, and holds the final say concerning matters of justice; a strange combination to say the least. He is the final arbiter when weighing the heart, giving his answer to Anubis.
Bastet - The feline-headed Goddess of the Moon, Bastet is another one of the warriors to fight against Apep, and uses her prowess to protect the mortal line of Pharaohs in Egypt. Upset with the loss of such a prestigious bloodline, with the return of the divine to the world; one of her top priorities is to restore the pharaoh to his rightful throne.
Horus - The current Pantheon Head, Horus is a young, brash God who is supported politically through his mother Isis' machinations. He has been trying to take control of the Solar Barge for the last few thousand years from Ra, though the elder God doesn't appear to have any intention of relinquishing it to Horus, especially with the threat of Apep's return.
Nephthys - The sister-wife of Set, and mother to Anubis, Nephthys is her sister's shadow. As Isis watches over the living, so does Nephthys watches over the dead, and as the Goddess of Night, she ensures that those who traverse the darkness will eventually find their way safely out of it.
Ptah - The brother of ancient Ra, Ptah is the God of the Earth, and a great craftsman; creating wondrous things with his skilled hands, and serving as patron for others who wish to do the same. He is the husband of Sekhmet, being one of the few Gods who can calm her, and then endure her aggressive affections. Ptah is somewhat distant to the world, but is kept from Titanhood from his true good will towards humanity, and interest in what they shall do next.
Sekhmet - The Lion Goddess is probably only second to Set, traveling with her father Ra every night and facing off against Apep with her fellow warrior Gods to prevent the sun from being consumed. She would have destroyed the world long ago if it wasn't for a quick bait-and-switch of blood and booze.
Sobek - The Guardian God of the Nile, Sobek bears the visage of the many crocodiles that claim the waters, though he is not as monstrous as such an appearance would suggest. Instead, he brings fertility to the land with the seasonal flooding of the Nile, and is the God fisherman prayed to for safe passage over the waters.
