The ABC analyses with the 1 million generate upper bounds on divergence time took too long to run, and this long time is only really relevant for the species pairs. So, I am re-running them with a 50,000 generation upper bound (still longer than the 20,000 generation bound for T. cristinae) and I have spread them out a bit more (25 reps of 20,000). These are still using only the common variants. I will probably still have to do something different for the species pairs, perhaps by fixing divergence time and conducting fewer simulations, but I will probably wait until these finish.
Here is one example command:
cd /local/scratch/
sleep 24
~/bin/wfabc -i /labs/evolution/projects/timema_speciation/demog/pMaf5VP_CxQ.txt -l 5000 -x 20000 -n 20 -a 1 > abcSim24_pMaf5VP_CxQ.txt
rsync -avz abcSim24_pMaf5VP_CxQ.txt /labs/evolution/projects/timema_speciation/demog/radsims/
rm abcSim24_pMaf5VP_CxQ.txt
