Bien sur je m'etais trompee: new job:
[u6028866@kp301 testConvergence]$ sbatch RunBeast.sh
Submitted batch job 8550497
I had this message when starting a new run:
WARNING: there is a sequence with a state count larger than 2.
If this XML file was generated with BEAUti, this is most likely wrong.
To fix this, change totalCount in the XML to 2 for binary sequences, or 3 for diploid data.
I changed the total Count in the xml file to 3 - but it was 4 before - maybe it needs to stay 4?
3 is for diploids - what is 4 for?
This is 10 000 000 steps, 20 chains, running now:
[u6028866@kp301 run5]$ sbatch RunBeast.sh
Submitted batch job 8550504
An error occured:
File error: chain12/run5_correctedCount.xml.state (No such file or directory)
java.lang.RuntimeException: An error was encounted. Terminating BEAST
In the meantime, submit another job (test convergence, much shorter chains):
[u6028866@kp293 testConvergence]$ sbatch RunBeast.sh
Submitted batch job 8550507
Same error.
I reverted the total vount back to "4"
[u6028866@kp301 run5]$ sbatch RunBeast.sh
Submitted batch job 8550509
I am also running the previous script (total count = 3) on my laptop. (it is working)
This is the 20 convergence chains, with less time steps:
[u6028866@kp293 testConvergence]$ sbatch RunBeast.sh
Submitted batch job 8550511
To check later, they are now seen as "pending".
[u6028866@kp293 testConvergence]$ sbatch RunBeast.sh
Submitted batch job 8550582
