The entropy analyses for the Lycaeides data are essentially don (one chain for k = 8 for two data sets are still running). I wrote a few perl scripts to generate some initial plots. The main one is autoplot.pl in projects/lycaeides_admixture/admixprops/. This is a perl wrapper around an R plotting script. The other scripts are simply associated with re-ordering individuals (which was annoying). The main results so far is that there is more evidence of admixture with common variants than with low frequency or rare variants. But I still need to look at the admixture proportions in more detail. And I want to see whether Fst varies among the data sets (it does for k = 3).
