I ran three additional sets of ABC simulations to examine the effect of rapid vs long-term adaptation on lentil and to run the reversion/tradoff simulations. For rapid adaptation, I assume adaptation was complete in 10 generations, which is fairly reasonable as an extreme based on Frank's paper. Here are example commands.
Adaptation to lentil model with rapid adaptation in lentil:
