For each of these I will run 4 chains.
For climate layers: all environmentfiles are saved in folder environfiles. The files are sequential 1:20, where 1 is altitude and 2-20 is layer1-layer19 for climate.
I was just testing correlations between chains for different climate variables.

Subfolders in this folder:
environfiles: contains all the environment covariable files. In this folder the standardized environment files are present. Here layer 20 (in fullfiles) is altitude, so all those files are named with prefix "alt". 1-19 are climate layers from the sample info file. I am not running analyses for layer 14 so no std files for this layer.
fullfiles: contains original environment files (not standardized)
genofiles: contains the genotype files for each species
climate: contains output files for each climate variable
altitude: files for altitude variable
latlong: files for latitude and longitude
originalenvfiles: original files before standardization and R code to create standardized files
corfigs: bayesfactor correlation figures for runs without standardizing
climlayers: files for the remaining clim layers
for*.pl and run*.sh scripts to run baypass
