Positive feelings in your heart will raise your sense of self-worth.
Food plays an important role in bringing people together and fostering a sense of belonging, across the diverse cultures of Aotearoa New Zealand. Food is not merely a source of sustenance, it is a form of expression and identity. Through Hospitality and Catering, students will gain essential and valuable life skills and attributes, enabling them to enhance the health and well-being of not only themselves but of their whānau and the wider community.
This course offers a combination of internal assessment and external examination
